These Terms govern use of Lancy.ai. By using Lancy, you agree to use the service responsibly and only with accounts, workspaces, and communication channels you are authorized to access.
Use of Lancy
Lancy provides AI teammate, workspace, automation, and communication-channel tools. You are responsible for the instructions, content, files, recipients, and connected accounts you provide to Lancy.
Connected Mailboxes and Channels
- You may connect only mailboxes and communication channels that you own or are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for confirming outbound email before it is sent from a connected mailbox.
- You must not use Lancy to send spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, or messages that violate third-party policies.
- Lancy may disconnect or disable channel access to protect users, recipients, or the service.
User Content
You retain responsibility for content you upload, generate, send, or store in Lancy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with the service.
Availability and Changes
Lancy may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. The service is provided as available and may contain previews, beta features, or integrations that depend on third-party systems.
