Privacy Policy

Lancy.ai is operated by Atlancer. This policy explains what information Lancy uses to run AI teammates, company workspaces, and connected communication channels.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, organization, and sign-in state.
- Workspace content that users add to Lancy, including agents, goals, jobs, files, memories, prompts, and messages.
- Operational metadata, such as channel status, delivery receipts, audit events, error logs, and usage timestamps.
- Connected service information when a user chooses to connect a third-party account.
Google User Data
When a user connects a Google mailbox for an organization or agent, Lancy requests the Gmail send-only scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send, plus basic sign-in identity scopes. Lancy uses this access only to send user-confirmed outbound email from the connected mailbox.
- Lancy does not read, list, search, delete, or modify Gmail mailbox messages.
- Lancy does not create Gmail drafts; draft preparation happens inside Lancy.
- Lancy stores OAuth tokens server-side so it can send confirmed email on behalf of the connected mailbox.
- Lancy stores email send metadata such as connected address, recipients, subject, body supplied by the user or agent, send time, and provider message ID for audit and troubleshooting.
How We Use Information
- To provide Lancy workspaces, agents, channel connections, and support tools.
- To authenticate users and protect access to organizations and connected accounts.
- To prepare email inside Lancy and send email only after explicit confirmation where required.
- To diagnose, secure, and improve Lancy.
Sharing and Limited Use
Lancy does not sell Google user data. Lancy does not use Google user data for advertising. Lancy does not allow humans to read Google user data unless needed for security, support, legal compliance, or with the user's permission. Lancy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and Deletion
Lancy keeps account, workspace, and audit information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Users may request deletion or disconnection of a Google mailbox by contacting armand@atlancer.com.
